Every unit is made to the opening we measure, so the entrance keeps its original proportions and the surrounding brick and trim stay untouched.
The install is the product
A window is only as good as the installation. A premium window installed poorly can underperform, while an average window installed correctly can deliver much better results. Why? Because many of the problems happen in the space between the window frame and the rough opening, where you cannot see them once the job is finished. Proper installation is not just about making a window look good. It is about ensuring it is sealed, insulated, weatherproof, and performing the way it was designed to.
Built to the measured opening
Nothing is trimmed down from a stock size. Every unit is manufactured to the dimensions we take at your house, so the brick and the trim stay untouched.
One local crew, start to finish
The same company measures, builds and installs. Old units are hauled away and the site cleaned. If something needs adjusting later, you call the people who fitted it.
How your project runs
Free consultation
We come to the house, look at the existing frames and sills, and talk through what suits each opening. Real samples, colours and glass options.
Exact measure and written quote
Every opening measured individually. The quote covers product, installation, disposal and warranty in writing.
Custom build and install
Units built to your measurements, then fitted one opening at a time so the house is never broadly open. Most homes finish in one to three days.
Installed and checked
The crew fits each unit, cleans the site, hauls the old units away and walks the job with you before leaving.

What homeowners ask us first
Short, direct answers to the questions that come up on almost every consultation.
Do I need a permit to replace windows in Ontario?
No building permit is required to replace a window in its existing opening at the same size. A permit is needed when the opening is made larger or smaller, when a new opening is cut, or when the work affects a structural header. Heritage-designated properties have their own approval process. We flag any opening that needs a permit during the in-home consultation, before quoting.
Can windows be replaced in winter in Ontario?
Yes, windows can be replaced through an Ontario winter. Installers work one opening at a time, so the house is never broadly open to the cold and each room is exposed for well under an hour. Modern sealants and foams are formulated to cure at low temperatures. Winter is often the fastest time to book, since demand drops after the autumn rush.
How long does window installation take?
Most whole-home window replacements are finished in one to three days. A single window typically takes 45 to 90 minutes from removal to trim and cleanup. The size of the job, the number of openings and whether exterior capping is involved set the pace. We confirm the schedule when you approve the quote, and the crew cleans and removes all old units before leaving.
Is a steel or fibreglass entry door better?
Steel offers the best security and value, while fibreglass offers the best insulation and a convincing wood look. Steel doors are hot-dipped galvanized with a bonded polyurethane foam core and a solid wood lock block. Fibreglass doors use a compression-molded skin over a polyurethane core with roughly six times the insulating value of a solid wood door, and take stain over an oak grain finish.
What happens during a free in-home consultation?
We measure every opening, check the condition of the existing frames and sills, and talk through which window or door styles suit the house. You see the actual product samples, colours and glass options rather than a catalogue. You leave with a written quote covering product, installation and disposal. There is no obligation and no deposit taken at the visit.
How much disruption should I expect during installation?
Expect one or two openings to be affected at a time rather than the whole house. We work opening by opening, so each room is exposed for well under an hour while the rest of the house stays sealed and heated. Furniture near the window needs moving back about a metre and blinds or curtains taken down. Floors are protected and the site is cleaned before the crew leaves each day.
